After having collected your luggage, go to the EXIT, walk straight ahead and on your right you will see the ALSA office. Watch the video for more help.
Next to this office, one person from our staff will be waiting for you. He will have an orange shirt and orange sign with your name. He will ask for your name and passport details. You must show your passport to our employee.
Our employee will take you to your car and give you the key, the contract and the instructions of return at the airport.
